You might know many sea creatures under the sea like Angler fish, Viper fish, and many other fish. I BET you NEVER heard about Gulper Eel. According to its name, you might think it is a normal eel that live under the sea, but your WRONG!!! Gulper Eel is a weird looking eel. Can you image an eel with small eyes, long tail, skinny body, and most of all a big mouth. Right now you might think it is nothing special. Now I will tell you something really odd about the Gulper Eel, they can sallow food three times its size. Most creature can't do that, but Gulper Eel can. The gulper eel is able to consumer organisms bigger than itself because of its unusual unhinged jaw. These eels are found in extreme depths of the ocean in the Bathypelagic zone, where there is no light and very high water pressure. Now, if there is no light how does the eel attract its prey?The gulper eel has a bioluminescence at the tip of its tail to attract its prey and mates. How cool.
